After you have purchased the equipment and opened the PLM account, we will connect your equipment to the PLM platform, anywhere in the world where there is internet, you can then access the PLM website. Once the account and password have been entered, customers can monitor the operation status of the unit, energy efficiency data, maintenance management and parts management, everything done online!
Through the PLM website, PowerLink can access the equipment on the customer site remotely. Once the equipment fails, the PLM system will automatically submit the failure information to the PowerLink after-sales service center, without the need for on-site operators to take action. The PowerLink service team will quickly adopt appropriate solutions to ensure that the device continues to operate safely.
