How to choose products?

First of all, according to your budget and site environmental needs, choose a gas-fired generator suited for you. If the project site has a good organic room or environment, the open-type generator set can be selected at this time, which is economical and relatively cost-effective; if the site has a high noise environment, we choose our silent gas-fired generator set; if it will be placed outdoors, we recommend the use of container-type generator set, which can prevent rain, dust, acid, and no need to build the engine room.


Secondly, to determine what kind of gas source is gas, such as biogas (from farms, paper mills, pharmaceutical factories, alcohol factories, food factories, industrial organic wastewater, etc.), we recommend the use of biogas cogeneration units, which can generate electricity and heat simultaneously, spontaneously, or online. Of course, according to the specific needs of the project, there are electricity, heat, cold, gas and energy multi-supply. If it is used in the commercial field and natural gas is easily accessible, we recommend the use of natural gas cogeneration units, which can greatly save energy costs and expenditures.


Once the budget, gas source and structure are determined, the installed capacity of the project can be selected according to the following information, which will help you choose the right product.

If you buy biogas thermal power units, the main choice is based on the flow of biogas, the specific steps are as follows:


According to 1 cubic meter of biogas, about 2 kilowatts of electricity can be generated.


For example, if the methane flow rate is 50 cubic meters per hour, a methane thermoelectric unit with a power of 100 kW can be selected.

Note:


Taking high concentration organic wastewater as an example, the average CODcr is 70,000 mg/L, BOD5 is 50,000 mg/L, COD removal rate is 80%, and 1 kg COD produces 0.4 m3 methane.

Each ton of wastewater produces 70*0.4*0.8=22.4 m3 biogas per day with low calorific value of 6 kWh/m3.

The annual power generation and energy saving and emission reduction benefits are calculated according to the unit's annual operation of 8000 hours.
